Q. How much does it cost for the postage?
A. Delivery for goods ordered and shipped to the same address is charged as follows on orders of:

£10.01 > 25.00 £3.99
£25.01 > £49.99 £4.99
£50 and over FREE

We also offer an express delivery on personalised items which are dispatched within 5 working days priced at just £7.95. Please select this option at the checkout if you require your item sooner than the standard delivery time.

Q. Do you ship overseas?
A. Yes, please select "Quote for Overseas" for delivery method, then telephone payment at checkout. We will then email a detailed quote and if you are happy with it we will take your payment over the phone. Alternatively send an email with your order enquiry.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. 3 to 5 working days or sooner. All orders are sent 1st Class Royal Mail, if you require a different postal service then please contact us. Orders received over a weekend will be dispatched on Monday. Overseas delivery times will vary from country to country. Please note that Personalised items are made to order and dispatch times are usually longer within 10 to 14 working days. We now offer express delivery on personalised items which are dispatched in 5 working days priced at just £7.95. Please select this option at the checkout if you require your item in a hurry.

Q. What do I do if I need my order in a hurry?
A. Call the Yorkshire Card Company on 0844 357 6550 or Mobile 07794 056 752 to speak to Donna. Alternatively email sales@yorkshirecardcompany.com with your order requirements.

Q. What happens if I am out at time of delivery?
A. A card should be left at your delivery address with instructions on how to arrange a redelivery of your parcel or where you can collect from.

Q. It's been a few days now and I still haven't received my order?
A. Please email sales@yorkshirecardcompany.com or phone 0844 357 6550 and we'll find out where your parcel is and how to get your order to you.

My order is for a gift will you ensure the receipt comes to me?
A. Yes, if the goods are shipped to a seperate address the receipt will be sent to the billing address.

Q. Can you gift wrap my order?
A. This service is available on selected items only. Please see individual item for details or email sales@yorkshirecardcompany.com with your enquiry.

Q. The item is out of stock on your website, when will it become available?
A. We're ordering all the time from our suppliers. Please contact us for an accurate restocking date.

Q. I am having difficulties ordering, can I speak to a real person?
A. Yes, Donna will be happy to talk you through the online ordering system or can take your order over the phone. Please leave a message and we'll get back to you ASAP.

Q. Can I visit your shop?
A. No, sorry we only do online sales at the moment. We do however exhibit our collections at Art & Craft fairs within Yorkshire. Our dates and venues for 2009 will be available soon.
